VioView Software

Our proprietary and automated VioView^TM software is used for the review and approval of citations as well as all violation processing and tracking. It is a secure, web-based program that is intuitive and easy to use, accessible from any location with access to the web, accurate and timely in the processing of violations and payments, customizable to meet different client's needs and automated for processing hearing schedules, dockets and evidence package preparation.

Optotraffic's VioView^TM software package consists of a suite of modules that are designed for specific user groups, such as the Police Review module for approval of citations, the Citation Review module for citation recipients to view and pay their citations on-line, and the Financial Tracking System, Court and Event Review modules for both the client and Optotraffic operational personnel to manage citations in the system.
