Citation Processing Services

Optotraffic operates a complete citation management process. Our hands-on experience in processing citations (where we perform all processing in-house) and quality assurance reviews allow us to implement a thorough process that ensures the maximum enforcement of the law while minimizing the number of unenforcable violations in the system.

After detection and evidence retrieval, the violation goes through the full process of multiple Optotraffic event reviews, license plate lookup, and presentation to the client for approval. After client approval, Optotraffic prints, mails, and tracks the status of each citation.
