"It is with pleasure I write this letter of reference for Optotraffic. They have provided red light camera services to the Town of Edmonston since October of 2007. Optotraffic has met and exceeded all of our expectations since that time.

• Optotraffic began implementing the Edmonston red light program as far back as October, 2007, through a partnership that spans more than three years.
• Optotraffic was able to work with the Edmonston jurisdiction effectively and in a timely manner, because our non-invasive red light system did not require SHA approval (as opposed to another services provider, who failed to obtain SHA approval for their red light system).
• Optotraffic is responsive to Edmonston's needs.
• Optotraffic supports the Edmonston community (i.e., National Night Out).
